Hi Friends of Old Growth Homes!
After finishing up my last project, I took some time to reflect. It has been an AMAZING four years. I have loved building this business and giving my all to a handful of special properties.
I think a lot of success has come from following my heart and my mind. With that, I have decided to try something a little different for this next project. I have bought a duplex to renovate and rent. At least one of the units will be a mid-term rental, available for 30+ day stays.
With my regular rehabs, the budgets are quite large and I hand over staging to a pro. I'm looking forward to developing my decorating skills and challenging myself to design on a smaller budget. I will post some pictures along the way.
